We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

Crossfit seems hard and I`m out of shape. Is this for me?
CrossFit is for everyone. Whether your a pro athlete or have been a couch potato for some time, it doesn`t matter what your fitness level is. Our program is scale-able to your abilities and we increase load safely.
Why is CrossFit so expensive?
CrossFit is expensive compared to a “Globo-Gym” where you pay to use their facility and equipment only. At CrossFit Kendall you are paying for coaching, a planned workout, guidance through proper movement, and help achieving your fitness goals over a long term period. We offer evidence based results so in reality your receiving cheap personal training.
